General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of NOVA Studio

 

§ 1 Scope and Provider

  1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between NOVA Studio, Bachmattstrasse 50, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland) and the customer.

  2. All agreements concerning the purchase of goods in our online shop are subject to these GTC.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

  1. The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer.

  2. By placing an order, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we accept the customer’s order via an explicit order confirmation sent by email.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

  1. All prices stated on our website are retail prices and include the statutory Swiss VAT (if applicable) but exclude shipping costs.

  2. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during the checkout process.

§ 4 Delivery and Shipping

  1. Delivery is subject to the shipping times stated on the product page and in our separate Shipping Conditions.

  2. The risk of accidental loss and deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal as defined in the separate Cancellation Policy of NOVA Studio.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of NOVA Studio until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Liability

NOVA Studio is liable for damages according to the statutory provisions, provided that NOVA Studio or its vicarious agents have acted with intent or gross negligence. This does not affect liability under product liability law.

§ 8 Final Provisions

  1. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  2. The legal place of jurisdiction shall be Zürich.
