Refund policy

1. Voluntary Right of Return

Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, we voluntarily grant you a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with any tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice).

2. Starting a Return

To start a return, please contact us at welcome@novastudio.ch.

After reviewing your request, we'll send you the return address along with further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Exception: Custom-Made Items

Since all NOVA Studio products are made to order using 3D printing after your purchase, the right of return under section 1 generally applies to all standard items in our collection, provided the conditions there are met.

Individually personalized custom items are excluded from returns – for example, items in custom colors outside our standard palette, with personal engraving, or with modified dimensions made specifically to your specifications.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a separate new order.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, we'll refund the full amount once the goods have arrived with us. Refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
