1. General Returns and Right to Cancel

We grant a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exercise your right to cancel.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. Initiating a Return / The Cancellation Process

To start a return, please contact us at welcome@novastudio.ch.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Crucial for Custom Orders)

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods or gift cards.

Custom & Personalized Goods Exception: Please note that the legal right to cancel does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or manufactured according to your specific requirements (e.g., specific colors outside our standard palette, personalized engravings, or modified dimensions).

All standard items from the NOVA Studio collection, even though they are produced upon request, are eligible for return within the 14-day period, provided they meet the conditions in Section 1.

 

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

6. Refunds (Including Receipt Clause)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

We will refund the full amount once we have received the goods back. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
